These Terms govern your use of resources.solopreneursystem.co & the free resources & communications provided by 1001500974 Ontario Inc., operating as Jack Mason and The Solopreneur System (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or requesting a resource, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, request our resources or opt in to our text messages. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older & the account holder (or authorized user) of the mobile number you provided.

Free resources

Our guides, templates & trainings are provided for educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial or tax advice. Results depend on many factors & we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, income or result.

SMS messaging terms

Program: Jack Mason / The Solopreneur System text messages, sent by 1001500974 Ontario Inc..
What you’ll receive: if you consented to non-marketing messages, texts about your resource request, call scheduling & appointment reminders. If you consented to marketing messages, occasional texts about our coaching programs & offers.
Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.
Cost: message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You’ll get one confirmation message & no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email jack@longevitypenguin.com.
Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in.
Consent is optional & is not a condition of receiving any resource or making any purchase.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on this site & in our resources belongs to us. You may use it for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it without our written permission.
