  • To send you the resource you requested.
  • To contact you by email or phone about your request & to schedule calls with our team.
  • To send text messages, only if you gave consent (see below).
  • To send our newsletter & information about our coaching programs. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
  • To understand which content brings people to our pages & improve it.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a text message consent box on our forms, we will send you text messages for the purpose you agreed to: non-marketing messages about your resource request, call scheduling & appointment reminders, and/or marketing messages about our coaching programs. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data & consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing services to us:

  • Our CRM & messaging platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), used to manage contacts, calls & text messages.
  • Our email platform (Kit), used to deliver resources & emails.
  • Our website host (Netlify).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & tracking

Our pages use a small number of cookies & similar technologies. Our website host (Netlify) uses essential cookies & logs to deliver the site securely. Embedded YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) & only load after you press play. We record campaign parameters in links (such as utm_source) to see which videos bring people to our pages. We do not use cookies to sell your information or for third-party advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain subscribed or in contact with us, and as long as needed for legal & record-keeping purposes. Consent records are kept as proof of your opt-in or opt-out.
